The institute's flagship publication, the Promethean Report, is a weekly briefing that examines three significant developments across Russia's regions or the wider Eurasian space. Each issue is free available on Substack and Medium. Every other week, the Subscriber's Supplements provide deeper engagement with state-of-the-art scholarship and research on topics such as national identity, political demography, imperial governance, federalism, and post-imperial political futures; it is published exclusively for Promeuraz patrons and paid Substack subscribers. In addition, Promeuraz publishes Special Issues as long-read essays on Medium, along with selected Contributor Articles from researchers, journalists, and analysts whose work aligns with the institute's editorial standards and research mission.
