Promeuraz publishes a growing portfolio of reporting, analysis, and long-form research on Russia's regions and Eurasian geopolitics. The institute's flagship publication, the Promethean Report, is a weekly briefing that examines three significant developments across Russia's regions or the wider Eurasian space. Each issue is free available on Substack and Medium. Every other week, the Subscriber's Supplements provide deeper engagement with state-of-the-art scholarship and research on topics such as national identity, political demography, imperial governance, federalism, and post-imperial political futures; it is published exclusively for Promeuraz patrons and paid Substack subscribers. In addition, Promeuraz publishes Special Issues as long-read essays on Medium, along with selected Contributor Articles from researchers, journalists, and analysts whose work aligns with the institute's editorial standards and research mission.

If there are topics related to Russia’s regions, national movements, or exile politics that you believe deserve closer attention, we encourage readers to get in touch with suggestions. One of the publication’s central objectives is to shed light on developments that often remain inaccessible because of censorship, limited regional coverage, or the broader marginalization of regional political issues within international media discourse.
Promethean Reports cover politically sensitive and often difficult-to-verify developments involving Russia’s regions, exile movements, and dissident networks. While every effort is made to ensure analytical accuracy and responsible sourcing, some information may remain incomplete or subject to later revision. Readers who identify factual errors, contextual omissions, or relevant additional information are encouraged to get in touch.

4. Artificial Intelligence
Promeuraz advocates for a responsible approach to artificial intelligence (AI) adoption and uses structured human–AI review to reduce both human and machine error, while preserving human authorship, verification, judgment, and accountability. In our research, AI accelerates and reviews the workflow; human verification and editorial judgment remain authoritative. Neither the researcher nor AI is treated as infallible. Each can expose weaknesses in the other’s work, while responsibility for the final product remains human.
