Promeuraz

The Promethean Institute for Eurasian Studies – Promeuraz – is an independent interdisciplinary think tank focused on Russia’s regions, center–periphery relations, national movements, exile politics, and the evolving political dynamics of Eurasia. Promeuraz seeks to bridge the gap between scholarship, journalism, and policy-oriented analysis through historically grounded research and reporting.

Promeuraz places particular emphasis on underreported developments that often receive limited attention within mainstream international coverage, especially those involving regional civil society, exile organizations, and political movements operating beyond Moscow-centered analytical frameworks.

Knowledge is power. In the spirit of the Promethean intellectual tradition, Promeuraz seeks to contribute to a deeper understanding of the political transformations shaping Eurasia and the diverse societies that inhabit it through rigorous research and reliable reporting. That is the Promethean ethos.
